ABOUT ME!

My name is Radicis Black, and I am a political prisoner in the bowels of California, which encompasses the biggest plantation in the history of mankind. I have been in there with inflated bowels for 25 years, under the racist 3 Strikes Law. My disproportionate time came from the County of San Mateo, whose rich existence was built on redlining its Black citizenry. My charges are 3 counts of bank robbery with notes. I received a sentence of 90 years to life. I am in the last chapter of doing time as an innocent man. From my own petitions under the Racial Justice Act ("RJA") and Writ of Mandate, I am scheduled for an evidentiary hearing involving my innocence. My win is inevitable, for I have over 300 documents to prove that the judicial system railroaded me to satisfy my own agenda.
Writing about my legal experiences in a DIY book form is my joy beyond measure, for I am self-educated with a keen mind to navigate through a lot of judicial traps, availing us from false arrest to sentences. It is always hard from the beginning, but through consistency, it becomes easier over time. I am not a lawyer, nor do I have a professional legal background. As well, I do not practice law or give legal advice on any level. I only reflect and share from my legal-oriented experiences, with the hope that people learn and reflect on their own experiences to make a legal difference in the judicial system.
The book, "Declaring On A Judicial Note,' is the beginning, to many more DIY manuals with templates on structuring one's claim. My upcoming DIY book is entitled Ku Klux Klan Act: Enforcement of Civil Rights Under 42 U.S.C. 1983.

The next DIY book will be Writ of Mandate and Prohibition: A Commanding Challenge or Defense. There are four completed poetry books in the pre-publication stage, entitled: 1) The Fourth Dimension, 2) The Ninth Reflection, 3) Sideways In Motion, 4) Bottom Before The Top
Currently, there are 3 prototypes of educational games entitled Number Mania, which 2-10 people can play. It is a mathematical game of subtraction, addition, division, and multiplication. Higher Consciousness is a witty game for 2-10 players to come up with as many words as possible for advancement. Both Ends involve adding prefixes and suffixes to letters with 2-10 players. Each game and place will glow in the dark, and a video game will be made for more participants. Many more gases are on the way. Including law games and cancer-related games for all ages.
Soon, we will be presenting contests on behalf of the Doe B Foundation, exercising wheelchairs for the disabled, including amputees, a cancer foundation called the Innovators with an animation studio, and much more.
We are interested in your experiences involving encounters within the judicial system on whatever level you want to share them. We are searching for remedies and solutions to our legal situations, whether it be offense or defense.
We know the saying that multiple minds are better than one." Let's put forth legal questions and answers as an eye opener to understanding and pursuing our endeavors. The following questions are optional to answer, with the answers later revealed.

Now, ask your question for an answer or give an answer to a question, then post it. If you see a posted answer that appears to be wrong, then post a challenge. There is no end to challenges unless the challenge is answered by proof. What good law cases, law reviews, legal essays, and articles would you like to share for a response? If your question pertains to your state only, then state so for clarification. If your question is on a federal level, then make it known. International law is included. Let us pick each other's minds to climb as far as we can go, with no need for a parachute. Let's turn our endeavors into a contest. Post your ideas on how to construct the contest. A public vote will be taken on the best idea for the contest. Multiple contest ideas can be accepted through the vote system. What are you waiting for?
